About the Role

Cost Management:

  • Analyse project budgets and track expenses.

  • Place orders for materials and services.

  • Monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle.

Progress Tracking

  • Ensure projects adhere to schedules and programs.

  • Order and call off materials to maintain efficient progress.

  • Prepare progress reports for stakeholders.

Quality Assurance (QA):

  • Capture photos for handovers and sign-offs.
    Maintain high-quality standards.




  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.

  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) skill card.


  • IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) certification.

  • First aid qualification.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Minimum salary: £48,000 (higher for exceptional candidates).

  • Company car allowance.

  • Expenses and mileage reimbursement.

  • 25 days of holiday.
