Our 3 Step Process.
Once we take on a vacancy for you, we will communicate honestly within 48 hours and aim to have 3 quality CV's (market dependent) in front of you as soon as possible.
Before the CV's land in your inbox, our team will have sifted through CV's, matched skills to your job description, pre-screened candidates via telephone and will have had a face to face interview with the candidate to delve deeper into their experience.
We will manage the candidate through the initial stages, right through to their first day with our Clients and beyond.
