Jon Golding
Commercial Director
Jon is responsible for our Sales and Marketing.
Outside of work, Jon loves spending time with his family, Sarah, Lily and Frenchie, Dre!
He is assistant manager of Heswall Football Club Reserves, he loves watching and playing football - a huge Liverpool fan, loves a beer and is keen to do his bit for Charity.

Managing Director
As Managing Director of Crossword Recruitment, his main responsibilities are for Finance, Strategy, and assisting with Executive Search and Selection.
He is a keen Everton supporter and loves cooking, DIY projects, travel and spending time with the kids and 6 grandchildren and, of course, walking Freddie the dog.

Operations Director
Nikki drives the Operations team whilst heading up our Permanent and Executive Search and Selection Division.
She is an avid Liverpool supporter and loves walks with her dog, Freddie, travelling and a good bottle of wine!

Craig is our non-executive Director. He is a key contributor in helping the business move forward. In his spare time, Craig is an American Football Coach, Liverpool supporter and is a fan of an IPA!
