Referral Partnerships

Do you know a company that is looking to recruit? Whether on a permanent or contract basis, should we end up supporting your referral with their recruitment, we will pay 10% of the profit to you. 

Anyone looking to recruit. We work within the Commercial, Technical, Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical sectors and can support from 'shop floor' right through to Director/C-Suite Level.

Once you refer us to someone, we will make contact, talk over their requirements, sign them up as a client and support them with their recruitment needs.

Once we have placed the candidate into the role, we will send an invoice to the client. Upon payment, usually within 30 days (but can be earlier), we will then pay 10% of the profit to your preferred destination, its as simple as that. There is no limit to the amount of referrals you pass to us and therefore, no limit on the amount of money you make!

Last year, our average fees were £5000 per placement. This means that £500 will be yours, should you refer us of course!

You'll need to be set up as referral partner. Get in touch via email or call us on 0151 315 0050. Once set up, you'll receive a partner code and can refer away via the contact form below, using your partner code so we can identify you / your organisation.
