About the Role

This is a full-time role for an Event Logistics Manager located in Isleworth with flexibility for some remote work. The Event Logistics Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with event logistics management, including customer service, inventory management, supply chain management, logistics management, travel arrangements, catering, client management, detailed itinerary management and procurement/ supplier selection and financial responsibilities. The role will require occasional on-site, occasional global travel for work to manage event logistics and coordination. The Logistics manager will work primarily across two of their leading client accounts; BAE Systems and Embraer. Typically, and would be expected to provide support for the following events on an annual basis:

  • 30 Tradeshows

  • 20 Content lead projects including videos and virtual events

  • 5 Live events (including Hybrid)

  • Brand communication

  • Support from conception through to execution such as venue liaison and payment co-ordination through to onsite support for the account team.

The person will work closely with the BAE and Embraer Account Director, Project Managers and Finance team to be the lynch pin for the logistical co-ordination. The role will involve reporting into the Account Director and the retained team for a weekly progress report lead by the PA.3
