Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager located in Isleworth, requiring a minimum of three days a week based from offices in West London. There is flexibility for some remote working and overseas travel will be a key aspect of this exciting opportunity. The role will include but not be limited to, producing estimates, creating and refining budgets to align with design progression, supply chain management, site management support, commercial management and quality control. Day-to-day tasks will also include overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a project from inception to completion, managing budgets and timelines, and communicating with clients, team members, and all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess;
A proven track record of demonstrable experience in delivering £1m+ complex exhibitions within the trade show sector
A positive attitude
A keen eye for detail
An appreciation and comprehensive understanding of the particular nuances of the global trade show sector encompassing constituent elements including stand build, venue services, rigging, lighting, audio visual, furniture, catering, graphics
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A team player
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or related field
Certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM, is desirable
